When I left Greece at the end of the Summer 1995, I headed for Israel again. The ferry to Haifa in Israel docked in Limassol for a day, so a few of us headed inland to the Troodos Mountains in Cyprus.

In 1995 Cyprus' currency was the Cyprus Pound

In 2008 it adopted the Euro
